School Fees 

 The Government of Alberta's School Fees Regulation determines the requirements and limitations related to the fees that a school may charge parents of students.

Bus Planner Delay App for Parents - BusPlanner Delays App Parents.pdf  - This is the method by which parents are informed of bus delays. We receive the same message at the same time as parents. Within the App you have only to indicate the bus route number and allow notifications. 

Current grade 6 students who require transportation and will be attending J.H. Picard or any other Edmonton Catholic School District school are required to submit a new transportation form, even those who are currently registered with Transportation Services. 

New Riders-To access yellow bus service, students who meet the eligibility criteria must complete a Transportation Application form. If you have more than one child, you need to fill out a form for each child. Applications received after the deadline can take over 3-4 weeks to process after school starts.

Under the Education Act, students are eligible for transportation if they reside 2.4 kilometers or more from their designated school.  

*A reminder to parents that school bus updates appear in the PowerSchool Parent Portal. You will be notified by email that the bus routes have been updated. You can then sign into your account and view the bus information for your child.
